Section 60
Notification to rural municipality or municipality
Paid to farmers for agricultural work Rs. 50.- Cash above fifty or Rs. 50.- When giving a loan of more than 50, the notification of the same should be given to the village or municipality. However, when the committee or officer or cooperative bank or cooperative organization designated according to this Act gives loans, it is possible even if the notification is not given accordingly.
